The TechComm group takes both leading and supporting roles in transactions and is highly skilled in spectrum acquisitions, spectrum leases, tower and site leases, collocation agreements, interconnection agreements, microwave relocation agreements, roaming agreements, backhaul agreements, partnering agreements, joint build and construction agreements, wholesale access agreements, and customer agreements.

The TechComm group works with our Business Department on every type of corporate transaction involving communications companies, including leveraged buyouts, management buyouts, spin-offs, venture capital financings, going-private transactions, recapitalizations, and dispositions. We serve as fund counsel to numerous investment funds and have closed a significant number of new private equity funds. We also provide valuable advice on debt and equity financing, deal and tax structure, merger and acquisition negotiation, due diligence, regulatory compliance, management arrangements, antitrust compliance, and refinancings.
